Maxime Cariou is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and business. As the Founder and CEO of AYMAX™ since August 2014, Maxime has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the industry. Additionally, Maxime co-founded T.O.P.™ in April 2022 and serves as a member of the working group on HR artificial intelligence at Hub FranceIA since September 2022. Further contributions include being an honorary member at the Chambre Tuniso-Française de Commerce et d'Industrie - CTFCI since May 2022 and participating as a jury member for MonacoTech in July 2023 and the Hult Prize Foundation in November 2018. Academically, Maxime holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School, Universidad de Sevilla, and Dublin Business School, completing studies there from 2009 to 2010.
