Cynthia Weber is an experienced facilitator specializing in service design, collective intelligence, and innovation. Currently serving as a Facilitator in service design and collective intelligence at hub.brussels since October 2021, Cynthia has previously contributed to Impact Valley, where the focus was on facilitating social innovation challenges and conducting innovation training. Additional roles include facilitation in organizational change, training in time and stress management, and online facilitation of citizen participation projects. Cynthia's educational background spans numerous domains related to innovation, design thinking, and collective intelligence, including a Master's in graphic design and various training and certifications in facilitation and entrepreneurial skills.
