Yegor Bugayenko is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development, project management, and open-source initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of the System Programming Laboratory at Huawei since September 2019, Yegor focuses on enhancing the company's presence in the open-source arena through the development of tools for software developers. Previously, Yegor was the CEO of Zerocracy from November 2016 to September 2019, where the company specialized in AI-driven project management solutions. Yegor also held the position of VC at SeedRamp, contributing to its instant venture fund, and founded Teamed.io, serving as CTO from January 2000 to November 2016, providing technical and management resources for software growth. Yegor began the career as IT Director at MIKA from June 1997 to July 2006, involved in manufacturing and installation of weighing equipment in several countries. Yegor holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
