Rhidian Williams is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as VP of Wireless Marketing and VP of X Labs, Europe at Huawei Technologies since March 2017, Rhidian focuses on developing mobile broadband and 5G solutions while helping the company understand vertical industries. Previously, positions held include Head of CRM at MixRadio, where notable achievements included enhancing customer retention rates and implementing a successful eCRM program, and Head of Launch Readiness at both Microsoft and Nokia, where Rhidian managed key marketing messages and launch strategies for various products. Rhidian's career includes significant roles in content partnerships and corporate strategy at companies such as 3 and Hutchison 3G UK Ltd, as well as diverse experience in strategy and marketing at Cable & Wireless. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School, a MA from the University of Oxford, and completion of a Business Sustainability Management course at the University of Cambridge.
