Raam Venkatesan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Ecosystems, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy at Huawei Technologies since April 2014, Raam Venkatesan leads the company's digital transformation in Europe, focusing on developing profitable ecosystem-driven business models, particularly in Private 5G and Enterprise Private Networks. Prior to this role, Raam Venkatesan co-founded Finidia, working closely with Nordic telecommunications operators and South Asian companies. At Ericsson, experience included new business development and innovation as well as software engineering specializing in GSM, GPRS, and IP security. Early career involved significant work at Nortel Networks related to mobile network development and troubleshooting. Raam Venkatesan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University.
