Neville Xi has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical operations and research management. Neville most recently worked at Hua Medicine as the Director of Clinical Operations, overseeing the company's clinical activities. Prior to that, Neville worked as the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Hua Medicine. Neville also served as the Clinical Research Manager at SciClone Pharmaceuticals, where they managed a team of CRAs and executed research strategies. Neville held the position of Senior Project Manager at FMD K&L, providing overall project management for clinical projects. At WuXiPRA, they worked as a Project Manager, creating and maintaining project plans. Neville began their career at Novo Nordisk A/S as an SCRA/LM, overseeing the management of all aspects of clinical trials. Neville started their career as a CRA at Sanofi. Throughout their career, Neville has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Neville Xi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Nanhua University (CN) in the years 1998 to 2003. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2006, Neville pursued a Master's degree in Pharmacology at Sun Yat-sen University.
