Larry Kapalin has extensive experience in sales and management within the heating solutions and industrial sectors. Currently serving in the Sales Division at HTS Innovative Heating Solutions since May 2020, Kapalin also holds the position of Director of Heat Trace at Chromalox since December 2009, where responsibilities include P&L management of heat trace sales and EPC opportunities across North America. Prior roles include Midwest Sales Manager at Tyco Thermal Controls, where a focus was placed on expanding business in the Midwest, and Area Sales Manager at Foxboro Invenys, emphasizing consultative selling to major industrial clients. Larry Kapalin holds an Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Business Development from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
