Barbara Westphal is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at HTA of New York, Inc since September 2011. Barbara has extensive experience in leading and overseeing operational aspects of the agency, developing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Prior to their current role, Barbara worked as a Program Coordinator at RCDS from 2007 to 2011 and as an Office Manager at SPM from 2005 to 2007. Barbara Westphal holds a degree from Marist College and John S Burke Goshen NY.
