Simon Bayliss is a seasoned architect and managing partner at HTA Design LLP since April 2013, with previous experience as a director at HTA Architects Ltd from March 2007 to March 2013. Bayliss has actively contributed to several advisory panels, including the NLA Expert Panel Housing, Hackney Regeneration Advisory Group, and Southwark Design Review Panel, all since January 2020 or later. A former member of the RIBA Housing Group from March 2014 to March 2020, Bayliss holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and has pursued further qualifications in professional practice and management at The Bartlett School of Architecture, along with architectural diplomas from Oxford Brookes University and Virginia Tech.
