Kathleen Craig is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. In 2008, they began their career at United Bank & Trust as Vice President of Consumer eServices and Client Experience Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the vision and direction of the client experience programs, interpreting data and information to design initiatives and systems to deliver the best client experience. In 2010, they joined United Way of Washtenaw as a Committee Member for the Power of the Purse. In 2017, they became an Advisor for WalletFi and in 2018, they founded and became CEO of Plinqit Company. In 2019, they joined the Board of Directors for the Association for Financial Technology (AFT). Prior to their career in the financial sector, they were a Floor Director at Zingerman's Roadhouse from 2003 to 2006 and a Consultant at ZingTrain from 2006 to 2008.
Kathleen Craig received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University in 2013.
