Ricardo Bandarra has extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and project consulting. Currently serving as the Purchasing Supply Chain Manager at HT Micron Semicondutores S.A. since June 2022, Ricardo is responsible for managing supply chain and procurement activities, overseeing both productive and non-productive purchases, and enhancing logistics operations. As a consultant at SIMBIO Consultoria em Supply Chain since November 2016, significant contributions have been made in developing procurement strategies and optimizing supplier relationships. Previous roles include Gerente de Compras at Importadora Bagé and a senior position at HT Micron from 2014 to 2016, where Ricardo implemented cost-reducing processes and improved supplier qualifications. With a career that began at Dell, leading various roles in procurement and project management, and earlier experience at Altus Sistemas de Automação, Ricardo possesses a solid foundation in engineering and business, holding multiple degrees including an MBA from FGV.
