Lisa Basford is a seasoned consultant and leader with extensive experience in responsible business strategy, organizational governance, and social impact initiatives. As the Founder and Director of Good Endeavours since January 2020, Lisa collaborates with various organizations to enhance their Responsible Business frameworks. Additionally, Lisa serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Culture & Care Committee at Autism at Kingwood, focusing on strategic direction and ethical culture in social care for autistic adults. As an Associate and Chair of the ESG Committee for Hotel Solutions Partnership, Lisa advises on ESG and Brand Management strategies for the hospitality industry. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships and Social Impact at O2 (Telefónica UK) and Global Director of Corporate Responsibility at InterContinental Hotels Group. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and a B.Soc.Sc. in Economic and Social History from the University of Birmingham.
