Akim Sitou has over a decade of experience in technical support and network engineering, currently serving as a Network Engineer at hSo since September 2021. In this role, Akim works within a fully managed ISP environment, focusing on a Juniper MPLS network and providing third-line escalation support for technical staff. Previously, Akim held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer, offering first and second line support as well as practical assistance in resolving technical issues. Earlier experience includes roles as a NOC Engineer and Branch Network Support at Post Office Ltd, starting from January 2012. Akim's educational background includes studies at the University of Wales from 2011 to 2012.
