Andy Natusch is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Managing Director and Principal Recruiter at HSF Consulting since 2010, with a focus on recruiting remote teams for scaling tech companies, particularly in the HealthTech sector since 2022. In addition, Andy holds the position of Consulting Head of Talent Acquisition at Surgical Data Science Collective, a non-profit organization aimed at transforming surgery through surgical data analysis.
