Lynn Carroll serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy at HSBlox, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include empowering healthcare organizations to successfully implement value-based care through comprehensive management of provider reimbursements and data exchange. Previously, Lynn held the role of COO and Head of Strategy at PatientBlox, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2020, facilitating a successful exit to Signify Health while overseeing the design of the CuraBlox® solution for bundled payments. Before that, Lynn was the Chief Product Officer and later the Chief Operating Officer at Payspan, Inc., playing a key role in the company's successful exit to Primus Capital, and held various leadership positions while launching the healthcare division at Payformance Corporation. Lynn's career in healthcare management began as the Director of Finance at Health Alliance Medical Plans, overseeing critical financial functions and launching innovative solutions. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
