Ricky Fok has been with HSBC since December 1998, serving as the Global Head of Innovation for Wholesale Technology, after holding various positions including Senior Manager overseeing Payment Engineering and Manager for HSBCnet Payment & Cash Management. Ricky's prior experience includes roles such as Team Manager and Team Lead in multiple divisions within HSBCnet, and a background in programming. Before joining HSBC, Ricky was an Instructor at Sylvan Learning and a Principal System Consultant at PPS Computer. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
