Rekha Aggarwal serves as the Global Head of Transformation (Director) for Business Continuity & Protective Security at HSBC since July 2015, where leadership has been demonstrated in designing and executing global change initiatives across 60 markets using Agile methodology. Previously, Rekha held the role of Regional Chief Control Officer (Director) for Wealth and Personal Banking in the MENAT region, focusing on operational risk management. Rekha’s earlier experience includes senior roles at Emirates NBD, Barclays, Emirates Islamic, and Citi, with notable achievements such as establishing an Operational Risk Centre of Excellence and implementing global operational risk strategies across multiple markets. Rekha's education includes a degree in Essential Management Skills from Harvard University and a Master's in Operational Research from Delhi University.
