Vikrant Rana has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vikrant started their career at Credit Suisse as a Business Technology Analyst, working as a consultant from Cognizant Technology. Vikrant then joined ICICI Bank as a Big Data Consultant, where they worked on advanced data modeling projects. After that, they moved to HSBC and held various roles, including Associate Vice President, Vice President, and Country Head of Sales (Acting). In these roles, they gained valuable experience in sales, building client partnerships, delivering business results, and articulating sales strategy. Vikrant also had the opportunity to work on short-term assignments in markets like Thailand and the Philippines, developing an understanding of delivering business outcomes in a multicultural environment. Currently, Vikrant Rana is the SVP & Sales Lead (Global Payments Solutions) at HSBC, leading a regional business development team focused on improving clients' working capital management across Asia.

Vikrant Rana holds an MBA degree in Strategy & General Management from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. Vikrant also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in NUS Robotics Process Automation from the National University of Singapore in 2021.
