Panos Ntelezos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Panos started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Promoda SA in 2009 and held the position until December 2010. In 2012, they served in the Greek Army for their military service from August 2012 to April 2013. Following that, they worked as an Equity Research Trainee at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB from June 2014 to April 2015. Panos then joined PJT Partners as an Analyst from April 2015 to August 2017. Currently, they are employed at HSBC, where they have had multiple roles. Panos started as an Associate - Principal Investments from August 2017 to February 2020. Panos then served as an Associate Principal in the Private Market Investments department from March 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal in the same department since April 2022.

Panos Ntelezos holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial markets and Investments from SKEMA Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Piraeus from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also obtained an Advanced certificate in Management from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM.
