Rick Tisch has a diverse work history, starting in 2001 with roles in public sector sales at UnitedHealth Group and as a council member at the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities. Richard "Rick" also held positions at Willis and Humana, Inc before becoming a Senior Sales Executive at PayFlex®. Currently, Rick serves as the Regional Vice President - Sales at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., empowering others to make informed decisions about their health plans. Additionally, they are a Council Member at the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, ensuring high standards in regulating pharmacy practice.

Rick Tisch earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas at Austin. Richard "Rick" also holds certifications as a Flexible Compensation Specialist from ECFC and as a Life and Health Insurance Counselor from the Texas Department of Insurance.
