Andrey Balashov is a Design Supervisor at HSA & Associates, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this role, Balashov worked as a Senior Project Designer and Project Designer at the same company. Before joining HSA & Associates, Inc., Balashov was self-employed as an Architect. Balashov also has experience as the Head of Architectural and Construction Department at HAGI Pavlodar. Andrey holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Pavlodar State University.
