Graham Cooper is a highly skilled Senior Tunnel Engineer currently employed at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since December 2023. Prior to this role, Graham served as a Senior Engineer at COWI from July 2018 to December 2023, contributing to significant projects such as the Silvertown Tunnel in London and the Malta-Gozo Subsea Fixed Link Concept Design. Graham also held engineering positions at Atkins from January 2016 to June 2018, working on major schemes including the Thames Tideway and Bakerloo Line Extension.
