Sumit Subhash Saini has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Global Team at HS Brands Global since May 2020. In this role, Sumit coordinates with offices to establish a knowledge center that facilitates the sharing of best practices and provides administrative support by reviewing and revising processes. Prior to this, Sumit worked at HS Brands International-Asia from January 2013 to April 2020, managing the operations team and contributing insights to enhance mystery shopping programs for various clients. Sumit also held the position of Senior Project Coordinator, leveraging a diverse background in the mystery shopping sector across multiple industries including retail and hospitality. Earlier career beginnings included a role as a Research Analyst at Solaron Sustainability Services Pvt. Ltd., where Sumit focused on understanding sustainability and its industry impact. Academically, Sumit holds a PGDM in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, both from Jaipuria Institute of Management.
