Crystine Wiese is the current HRBP at HRx Services. Crystine has also previously worked at the University of Denver and Envysion, Inc. as the Human Resources Director. At Envysion, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources department which included employee relations, change management, benefits administration, payroll administration, compliance, recruitment, and special projects. Crystine helped with developing the optimal organization structure to best meet company growth goals and maintaining compliant, efficient, and customer-focused HR administration. Crystine also assisted with developing a culture that facilitated employee retention, performance, and engagement. In addition, they lead the development, implementation, and execution of recruiting strategies that enabled to attract and retain the top talent required to meet its growth. Crystine reviewed the performance management philosophy, processes, timing, and technology. Lastly, they managed employee benefits packages and selected appropriate classes for employee development.

Since receiving their PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, Crystine Wiese has gone on to earn their MBA in Human Resources Management from the same school. Crystine also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they are certified by both SHRM as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

They are on a team with Philip Stevenson - HR Assistant, Jason Sellers - HR Associate. Crystine Wiese reports to Amanda Ericson, Co-Founder.
