Alice Kelly is a seasoned professional with a strong background in research and customer service, currently serving as a Research Manager at Healthcare Research Worldwide since October 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Research Executive and Research Executive. Prior experience includes management positions as Reservations Manager and Duty Manager at Signature Group, where Alice also worked as a Waitress and Bartender. A commitment to care is demonstrated through a role as a Care Worker for a young individual with autism and Down syndrome in a private company.
