Mate Rosan is a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in macroprudential policy and financial stability. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Croatian National Bank since September 2022, Mate previously held roles at HANFA as a lecturer and at the European Central Bank in various supervisory and stress testing positions. With a solid foundation in economic analysis from earlier roles at the Croatian National Bank and Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, Mate has contributed significantly to stress testing frameworks, financial stability assessments, and economic research. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
