Austin Montas-Burt is a professional with diverse experience in recruitment and engineering. Since January 2022, Austin has served as a recruiter at HRU Technical Resources, following a role as a design engineer at Lippert Components Inc. from August 2020 to January 2022. Prior to this, Austin worked on the aftermarket team at Lippert Components, focusing on sales orders and shipment processing for the Amazon division in summer 2019. Austin also has experience coaching travel baseball teams for 15U and 16U age groups from May 2017 to May 2019. Austin holds a degree in Marketing, Entertainment and Sports Management from Northwood University, completed in May 2020.
