Dhusara Sahan Rajasuriya has worked in various roles since 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Fitness Desk Employee at Christus Health & Wellness Center, where they utilized exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to greet clients upon arrival and during the check-in process, prevented client injury by effective organizing tools, equipment, and spaces to promote healthy and safe use at all times, and educated fitness members on proper tips for nutrition, lifestyle changes, and weight loss as well as methods to accurately use equipment within the fitness center. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Cryotherapy Specialist at Cryocare360, where they used state-of-the-art technology to stimulate collagen, reduce wrinkles and pore size, and tighten skin on several parts of the body, streamlined treatment plans and care delivery initiatives by tracking, monitoring, and interpreting all acquired patient information, and generated comprehensive reports that outlined patient baseline measurements, procedural observations, and all other results obtained following procedural completion. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Accountant/Sourcing Specialist at FALLOWS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, where they maximized company efficiency by determining and optimizing innovative business opportunities, maintaining product inventory, and finalizing a collection of contracts that focus on outlining favorable prices, saved company money and drove cost-effective initiatives by sourcing new vendors and developing mutually beneficial relationships with existing partners, and maintained supply chain processes by overseeing all aspects of planning, sourcing, and bidder qualifications. Lastly, they worked as a Project Manager at DSW from 2021 to 2022.
