Kinga Kilen-Bratek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as a Product Owner at HRS Group since November 2016, after holding roles such as Corporate Account Support Manager - CEE Team Lead and Corporate Account Support Manager. Prior to HRS Group, Kinga worked at eTravel SA as an Air Ticket Cashier with responsibilities in customer support and system implementation. Kinga's earlier experience includes positions at HRG, SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, FCM Travel Solutions Poland, Air France-KLM, and LOT Polish Airlines, where roles focused on ticketing, customer service, and complaint handling. Kinga holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy from Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna TWP w Warszawie, completed in 2007.
