Pat Hrncir has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as President of Hrncir Construction, LP since October 2013. Prior to this role, Pat was President of the Texas Interiors Division at MAPP Construction, LLC from April 1997 to September 2013. Earlier in Pat's career, leadership was demonstrated as Vice President of Business Development at both James R. Thompson, Inc. from January 1992 to April 1997 and MAVCO Corporation from October 1987 to March 1991. Educationally, Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University.
