Barrett Bulls is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at HRNCIR Construction, LP since May 2024. Bulls has previously held similar roles at Uprite Construction Corporation and OSBURN, focusing on contract management, budget control, and project reporting. Between August 2020 and January 2022, Bulls excelled as Construction Manager III at Coventry Homes, overseeing the construction of 31 homes with minimal budget variance and ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards.
