Jens Riege is a seasoned engineering professional with 35 years of experience in photolithography and a decade of expertise in thin film, plating, and implant process areas. Currently serving as a Senior Process Development Engineer at HRL Laboratories, LLC since March 2024, Jens previously held the position of Senior Principal Process Engineer in the Yield Engineering Group at Skyworks Solutions for over 24 years. Jens began their career as a Senior Process Engineer at Applied Magnetics Corporation, specializing in photolithography and process development for magnetic recording heads. Jens is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, having contributed to Six Sigma deployment and training initiatives. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Physics from UCLA, with studies at UC San Diego.
