Ray Alexander has extensive experience in project management, engineering, and construction inspection. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HRI, INC. since January 2018, Ray has also held positions as Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Management Intern within the same organization. Prior to this role, Ray gained valuable experience as a Construction Inspector at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in 2015, focusing on bridge inspection. From 2010 to 2015, Ray served in the U.S. Army's 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a Special Forces Engineer (18C). Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Fayetteville Technical Community College, along with specialized training as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant in construction management and demolition.
