Lisa’s warmth and ability to connect with all team members are key in her newest responsibilities, including overseeing employee relations, human resources compliance, performance management, recruitment, policy development, and compensation planning. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans.
