Julie La Rosa is a senior AMOA SIRH consultant at HRConseil since January 2023, with extensive experience in human resources information systems consulting. Previously, Julie worked at mc2i Groupe from February 2018 to July 2023, focusing on several AMOA projects for the Ville de Paris and RATP, including the implementation of recruitment and management tools. Prior roles include serving as an HR assistant at Orange Business Services, managing HR functions for a workforce of 500, and at Chocolaterie Sève, where Julie handled administrative personnel functions. Julie holds a Master’s degree in HR Strategy from ECEMA and a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
