Laura Robinette started their work experience in 2000 as a Project Manager/Payroll & HR at Health Management Associates. Laura worked in this role until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Laura worked as a Manager, ESE and FTE Staff Allocation at Collier County School Board. In 2011, Laura started their own consulting business called Consulting Services SWFL where they worked as an Owner until 2012. From 2012 to 2022, Laura worked as an Implementation Consultant III at ADP. Currently, they are employed at HRchitect as an HCM Implementation Consultant since 2023.

Laura Robinette has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Webster University. Laura also holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Lake-Sumter State College.
