Derek Raymer has over 25 years of experience in Workforce Management Consulting. Derek started their career in 1998 as a System Consultant at Ceridian, where they ensured clients' compliance with HR and payroll regulations. Derek then served as a Small Accounts Senior Consultant, Small Accounts Team Lead, and Associate Implementation Consultant, implementing and standardizing processes for numerous clients. At CyberShift, Inc., Derek worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, defining project scope and requirements, testing databases, and meeting deadlines. Derek later became a Project Manager, leading internal and client teams through project execution. As an Application Consultant at Kronos, Derek managed the implementation of various modules and aimed to achieve customer satisfaction. At Alight Solutions, they worked as a Senior Technical Business Analyst, performing business consulting, project management, and PM roles. Leading up to their current role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Derek managed over 100 successful projects in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, banking, and government.
