Abdelrhman Waziry has been with HRbrain Inc. since January 2019, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment Services. In their role, Abdelrhman develops and implements new recruitment strategies, oversees recruitment procedures, creates pipelines of potential applicants, and assists with sourcing. Abdelrhman also conducts audits, creates quarterly reports, and trains new employees. Prior to their current role, Abdelrhman worked at Real Soft House from January 2015 to May 2018 as a Training/Recruitment Specialist. Abdelrhman holds a Bachelor's degree in simultaneous interpretation from Al-Azhar University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
