Steve Hogan started their work experience at Transcat in 2000. Steve held various roles, including Inside Sales, Financial Analyst, Outbound Sales, and finally, Strategic Business Development Manager/Team Leader. In this role, they focused on the growth of metrology solutions and collaborative services for key corporate accounts in FDA regulated industries. Steve worked with strategic clients to develop measurement assurance programs and establish corporate competitive advantages. Steve joined HR Works, Inc. in 2012 as Vice President of Business Development. In this position, they consulted with clients in various industries to analyze HR and benefits processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions. Steve was also responsible for increasing HR Works' presence in the Northeast and national markets.

Steve Hogan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University between the years 1996 and 2000.
