Alex Ubbink has extensive experience in human resources and affirmative action, currently serving as Principal EEO/AA Consultant at HR Works since December 2014, with progressive roles in affirmative action and data analysis. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Monroe Veterinary Associates and as a Recruiting Assistant at USA Staffing Network. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Saint John Fisher College and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
