Deborah Smith MCIPD QTS is an experienced HR professional and educator with a diverse background in human resources and training. Since September 2017, Deborah has served as an HR Business Partner and Accredited Safer Recruitment Trainer at Shropshire HR, while also contributing as a Volunteer Coach with The HR Ninjas since November 2020. Deborah's extensive experience includes roles at SAFER RECRUITMENT LIMITED, serving as a 'Safer Recruitment' Trainer and HR Business Partner, and at Pearson as an iPLS Master Trainer for Primary to Lower Secondary education. Educationally, Deborah holds a Bachelor's degree in English and French from the University of Wolverhampton, is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has completed post-graduate teacher training in Secondary Education and Teaching (English) at St Joseph’s College, in addition to attaining an ILM Level 7 Coaching qualification from The University of Salford.
