Abigail Ayers has worked in the field of engineering since 2021. Abigail began their career at Scheibe Consulting as a Project Engineer from January 2021 to October 2021. Abigail then joined HR Green, Inc. as a Staff Engineer I in November 2021 and was later promoted to Staff Engineer II in August 2022. Abigail is currently working in the Staff Engineer II role at HR Green, Inc.

Abigail Ayers, EIT, CFM, received their Bachelor's degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Whitney High School from 2012 to 2016. Abigail has also obtained additional certifications, including the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. (ASFPM) in July 2021 and the Engineer In Training (EIT) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in March 2021.
