Naved Heram is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors, including BFSI and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at HR Anexi since January 2024, Naved previously held the role of Senior Manager HR - Talent Acquisition at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, overseeing talent acquisition strategies for the East Zone. Prior to this, Naved managed Pan India recruitment efforts at upGrad Rekrut and Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, focusing on workforce planning, vendor management, and employer branding.
