Ashish Arora is currently the Managing Director of HR Anexi Pvt Ltd and the Co-Founder of Mentoria. Previously, Ashish held the position of Managing Director at SearchWorks India Pvt Ltd and Director of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. With a background in Human Resources Management, Ashish has also served as Director of HR at Computer Associates and Head of Global Recruiting at Syntel India Ltd. Ashish obtained a Master in Management Studies (MMS) degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
