Heather Amabile is an experienced professional in account management and customer relations, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at HR Acuity and as a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since February 2024. Prior to these roles, Heather held multiple positions at Handshake from November 2020 to January 2024, including Senior Enterprise Account Manager and Enterprise Account Manager. Heather's career includes significant experience at iCIMS from June 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed nurturing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Additional experience includes roles in social media strategy and marketing at Augur Marketing, LLC and as Marketing Director at Chubby Balboa’s Sports Grille. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
