Ryan McAleer has a work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Ryan'smost recent role is as a Software Engineer at HqO, starting in 2021. Before that, they worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer at The Hartford from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, Ryan held multiple internships, including one at Dynamo Software and another at Siguler Guff & Company as a Private Equity Intern. Ryan also worked as a Computer Information Systems Tutor at Bentley University during the same period. Prior to 2019, Ryan worked as a Lifeguard at Tobay Beach from 2016 to 2018 and had an Operations Internship at RTN Federal Credit Union in 2017.

Ryan McAleer attended Bentley University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance. In April 2018, they also obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP. In January 2021, Ryan earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
