Blane Steckline has a diverse work experience in various fields. Blane is currently employed as a Software Engineer II at HQE Systems, Inc. since 2023. Previously, Blane worked as a Full Stack Developer at Hydra Labs from 2022 to 2023, where they specialized in designing, testing, and deploying smart contracts for clients on the Solana Blockchain. Blane also assisted in developing front-end designs for compatibility with on-chain programs.

Before their role at Hydra Labs, Blane served as the Head Overwatch Coach at the Professional Esports Coaching Organization (PECO) from 2021 to 2021. As a founding coach, they provided personalized coaching and developed efficient lesson plans for students of all ages, maintaining a professional image in an organization of over 3,000 learners. Blane gained recognition for their coaching abilities through livestreaming sessions in front of large audiences and achieving significant views on their live-coached sessions on YouTube.

Blane's work experience also includes their position as the Head Coach and Manager Varsity Overwatch at Northeastern University from 2020 to 2021. Overall, Blane Steckline has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, smart contract development, coaching, and management.

Blane Steckline obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wichita State University from 2018 to 2020. Before that, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, where they studied Japanese Language and Literature. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Blane Steckline pursued Computer Science at Kansas State University.
