Stefan Kaufmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stefan is currently serving as the Vorstand & CTO at HPS Home Power Solutions AG, where they are involved in developing and promoting year-round storage systems for green energy. Prior to this role, they worked as the Business Manager Industrial Products at SENEK GmbH and as the CTO at BigRep GmbH, a company specializing in large-scale 3D printers. Stefan also held the position of Vice President R&D at Memmert GmbH + Co KG and worked as the Business Manager New Technologies at Komax. Earlier in their career, they served as Sales Manager at EuropTec and as a Project Manager at ABB Semiconductors.

Stefan Kaufmann obtained their Engineer degree in Material Science from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 1991 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration at AKAD, completing their studies in 2003.
