Audrey Merchan is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at HealthPlanOne since July 2019, with previous roles including Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and analyzing employee engagement through annual surveys. Audrey participated in a 15-month Leadership Development Program, gaining cross-departmental experience and an Accident & Health License. Prior experience includes working as a Treatment Support Worker at Family & Children's Aid, Inc., and serving as a UConn Connects Mentor, providing academic support to struggling students.
