David Dougherty has a extensive background in construction management, with experience as a Construction Manager at H+M Industrial EPC and Superintendent at Flatiron Construction. David has also held roles as a Superintendent and Engineer at Kiewit, and as a Construction Manager at AECOM. Additionally, David served as a Company Commander in the Army National Guard, where David was responsible for training and leading a group of military police soldiers. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
